Terms & Conditions

Appointments can be requested online via the booking system, by email or via WhatsApp. A booking is binding once a confirmation has been received by email.

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment by email or message. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows without prior notice, I reserve the right to charge the full treatment price.

Payment is due immediately after the treatment, in cash or via TWINT. Invoicing is available on request.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. In case of late arrival, the treatment time may be shortened accordingly; the full price remains due.

Please cancel your appointment in advance if you have an acute infectious illness, fever or other contraindications. Massages are not a medical treatment and do not replace a visit to a doctor.
