I worked as a physiotherapist for a long time — until I realised I was missing time. Time to really listen. Time to really feel what was happening under my hands.

In 2019 I opened marlene — a small studio in district 4 with one treatment table and only one person in the room at a time. No rushing between rooms, no waiting-room coffee smell, no 40-minute slots that are really 28.

What I offer is classical craft: Swedish and sports massage, with influences from fascia therapy and manual medicine. What I do not offer is esoterics. What you can expect: honest work, undivided attention, and a conversation that lasts only as long as it needs to.
